GOOD QUESTIONS

Everything you might be wondering.

What is Dentterity™?

Dentterity™ is a structured training system designed to help you develop indirect vision, hand–eye coordination and greater control when working with a dental mirror.

Who is Dentterity™ designed for?

Dentterity™ is suitable for dental students, recent graduates and dental professionals who want to improve their confidence and precision when working indirectly.

Do I need previous experience with indirect vision?

No. The exercises are organised progressively, making the system suitable both for complete beginners and for users who already have some experience with mirror work.

How does Dentterity™ help improve indirect vision?

The exercises train your brain and hands to coordinate movements based on a reflected image. Consistent practice helps indirect movements become more controlled, accurate and natural over time.

What skills can I develop with Dentterity™?

Dentterity™ helps train indirect vision, fine motor control, hand–eye coordination, movement accuracy, pressure control, tracing and overall manual dexterity.

What do I need to start practising?

You only need the Dentterity™ training system, a dental mirror and a suitable writing instrument. No dental unit, typodont or additional equipment is required.

How often should I practise?

Short and consistent practice sessions are usually more effective than occasional long sessions. We recommend starting with 10–15 minutes, several times per week, and increasing gradually as your control improves.

Should I complete the exercises in order?

Yes. Dentterity™ follows a progressive structure, so completing the exercises in sequence helps you build the foundational skills needed for more complex movements.

Can Dentterity™ replace clinical training?

No. Dentterity™ is a supplementary practice system designed to support the development of indirect vision and motor control. It does not replace supervised preclinical or clinical education

Where do you ship?

Dentterity™ can be shipped to multiple international destinations. Available delivery methods, estimated shipping times and costs are displayed during checkout based on your location.
